The Flowery Loyalty Tiers Explained: What Green, Silver, Gold & Black Unlock

The more you shop, the more the program opens up. The Flowery Loyalty Program has four levels, Green, Silver, Gold, and Black, with each tier unlocking a bigger set of perks, savings, and access. Your level is based on either the points you earn or your annual spend, so purchases, challenges, and other loyalty activity can all help move that progress bar. Green starts at 0–999 points, Silver unlocks at 1,000 points or $420 in annual spend, Gold at 4,000 points or $3,000, and Black at 15,000 points or $12,000.

As you level up, benefits expand across things like free delivery, birthday savings, access to more brand discounts, flower and concentrate savings, priority access, and support perks, with the exact benefits depending on your tier. Once you earn a new tier, you keep it through the rest of that calendar year and the entire following year.
