General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all deals, promotions, discounts, and special offers ("Deals") provided by The Flowery ("we," "us," or "our"). By participating in any Deal, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

All Deals are available to customers who meet the following criteria:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid medical marijuana card or be a registered patient (where applicable)
• Must comply with all applicable state and local laws
• Must meet any location-specific requirements as indicated in the Deal description

Deal Validity

Each Deal is valid only during the specified start and end dates as indicated in the Deal description. Deals cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Deal at any time without prior notice.

Location Restrictions

Some Deals may be limited to specific store locations. Please check the Deal description for applicable locations. Deals are not valid for online orders unless specifically stated otherwise.

Product Availability

All Deals are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value if the advertised product is unavailable. Quantities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Limitations

Unless otherwise specified, each Deal is limited to one per customer per day. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per customer. Deals cannot be applied to previous purchases, and no cash value or credit will be given for unused portions of a Deal.

Exclusions

The following items may be excluded from Deals unless specifically included:

• Gift cards and store credit
• Special order items
• Items already on clearance or final sale
• Items excluded by manufacturer restrictions

Modifications and Cancellations

We reserve the right to modify the terms of any Deal, including but not limited to discount percentages, eligible products, and validity periods. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Flowery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to any Deal, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.
