Availability, Eligibility, & Expiration

These scratch-off cards can only be obtained between April 15, 2026 9 AM EST and April 20, 2026 8:45 PM EST.
Scratch-off cards must be redeemed through the same location where they were issued. Each card clearly indicates the location where it may be redeemed.
Not all Flowery locations offer delivery service. Cards issued by locations without delivery service can only be redeemed in-store or through pickup orders.
- The following locations currently do not offer delivery service:
  - N. Miami
  - Inverness
  - Melbourne
  - N. Orlando
  - Orange Park

Eligibility

Scratch-off cards are available to The Flowery patients, excluding employees and affiliates.
A patient is eligible for one (1) scratch-off card per order when the order total exceeds $100.

Expiration

All scratch-off card prizes must be redeemed by May 20, 2026 at 8:45 PM EST.
Cards not redeemed by this date will expire and will no longer be valid.

Prizes & Coupon Codes

Each scratch-off card contains a unique coupon code and clearly states the prize that may be redeemed. Every card offers a prize.

Prizes may be redeemed in-store or online, depending on the delivery availability of the location where the card was issued.

Apparel or merchandise
Grow tour experiences

Grow Tour winners must contact Customer Support to coordinate scheduling.

How to Redeem

The redemption method depends on the type of prize revealed on the scratch-off card.

Item Prize Redemption

Online (delivery or pick-up orders)
Note: If the issuing location does not offer delivery service, redemption is limited to pickup orders or in-store redemption.

Add the products you wish to purchase to your cart.
Enter the coupon code revealed on the scratch-off card in the Promo Code field during checkout. Include the dashes. Letters are not case sensitive.
The prize item will automatically appear in the cart with a price of $0.

In-Store

Provide the scratch-off card to the budtender and inform them that you would like to redeem the prize.
The budtender will add the prize item indicated on the card to your order.
They will enter the coupon code during checkout.
When the transaction is completed, the prize item will discount to $0.

Discount Prize Redemption

Online (delivery or pick-up orders)

Add products to your cart that meet the minimum purchase requirement shown on the scratch-off card.
Enter the coupon code revealed on the card in the Promo Code field during checkout.
Once the order meets the minimum purchase requirement, the discount will apply automatically.

In-Store

Provide the scratch-off card to the budtender.
Select products that meet the minimum purchase requirement listed on the card.
When the transaction is completed, the coupon code will apply the discount indicated on the card.

Important Conditions

Limited to one (1) scratch-off card redemption per order.
Each scratch-off card contains a unique coupon code that may be redeemed once only.
Scratch-off cards must be presented and surrendered at the time of redemption.
Delivery orders containing a prize item is still subject to the $15 delivery fee if the order total is below $100.
Cards that are altered, damaged, duplicated, or otherwise invalid will not be honored.
Scratch-off cards cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.
Only the prize printed on the card may be redeemed. Prizes cannot be exchanged.
Offer valid while supplies last. No rain checks or substitutions will be provided.
All products purchased will be dispensed against your available recommendation(s) in accordance with state requirements.
